A fire accelerant was dropped into the dumpster to ignite the fuel inside. Smoke is beginning to show signs of fire hot enough to incinerate flags that lay draped across the top. One lone fire-fighter stands out of uniform as they salute the grave site of these flags which have served their country and laid to rest in peace.
